In the TCFSR Solo Word project invited artists are given a single word (and no other instructions) to interpret with whatever audio they deem appropriate.

​

To coincide with the end of the Celtic Year the 12th TCFSR Solo Word Project is 'OLD'. 

​

The album includes interpretations by nine (actually, ten) artists.

​

OLD is the first of a pair of solo words. 'NEW' was released on 1 January 2022, the start of the Gregorian new year.
